Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
